If you’re new to bouldering, you’ve come to the right place! We offer different beginner courses to suit different needs: Boulder Basics: Introduction and Boulder Basics: Progression. Both courses consist of four fun and educational lessons, where our experienced trainers help you build confidence and work towards the next colour in your climbing journey.

If you’re brand new to bouldering or only have a few sessions under your belt, then this course is perfect for you! You’ll get to know the different types of holds and learn the basics of balance, foot placement, movement, and the difference between static and dynamic climbing.
With this solid foundation, you’ll be ready to tackle more boulders or move on to our Progression course to further develop your skills.
If you’ve already picked up some technique and are moving more smoothly on the wall, it’s time to level up with our Boulder Basics: Progression course!
This course skips the basic instructions covered in the Introduction course and instead focuses on refining your technique. We’ll go more in-depth with topics from the Introduction course, such as footwork and body positioning, and you’ll face more challenging drills.
Each of the beginner courses is €60 for four lessons, which includes rental of climbing shoes and two bonus handouts: a PDF with a warm-up routine and technique exercises. (Please note, the entrance fee is not included in this amount).
We have two lessons per week: Wednesdays and Thursdays from 20:00 to 21:30. When you sign up for one of the courses, you’ll start at the beginning of the following month and attend on that day for four weeks. Check the schedule below:

Note: Due to high demand, the Boulder Basics: Introduction In February on Thursday and in March on Wednesday training is fully booked. We have therefore added an extra training day on Tuesday, which is now open for registration. The course is not yet opened on Tuesday in April. This one will open when Thursday is full.
You can register for the course directly. We work with groups of up to 8 participants, and the course will proceed with a minimum of 4 registrations. We will notify you the week before the first lesson.
