Bouldering problems are short routes, up to 4.5 meters from the ground. Large safety mats will protect you from falling, so no special equipment is required. Anyone can start bouldering, regardless of age or fitness level. You will need strength, flexibility, balance, creativity, and some guts!
Are you lacking in any of these areas? Not a problem! Bouldering is a great way to develop them!
GRIP Boulderhal organises bouldering courses and events for all skill levels. From technique courses for beginners, to competitions for advanced boulderers and professionals.

Our team of professional routesetters sets new boulder problems every week. These problems range from easy (level 3A, French grading system) to extremely hard (8A). Some boulder problems require incredible balance, others a lot of strength.
We also have an elaborate training area. Beginners and advanced climbers will have the time of their lives at GRIP Boulderhal.
Need a shot of caffeine to get going? Our baristas will be happy to help! To restore your energy levels during bouldering, try our homemade mueslibar or banana shake. After bouldering, feel free to sit down, relax and drink a beer in our café.
Anything your climber’s heart desires can be found in our shop. We sell various climbing shoes, sports apparel, crashpads, chalk bags and boulder brushes. Whatever you need, our crew of experienced and passionate climbers is ready to help.
Went with a friend, the place is amazing, spacious, clean air (not breathing chalk), the holds are clean and the walls have few routes that are easy to recognise and that are interesting. The workout corner has everything I needed. Good staff, cute café upstairs. Great showers too. Will definitely be back again.
Friendly and accessible gym with great variety of routes and good training facilities. Nice coffee and drinks, roomy setup to have enough space even on busier days. Helpful personnel :)
Really nice Boulder Hall! Spacious facility, lots or routs and training opportunities. Coffeebar/Lounge to hang out. Absolutely fair pricing - recommended if you do Bouldering or if you just want to have some fun climbing stuff :)
That's one of the biggest and coolest [boulder gyms]. The environment is very relaxed and friendly.
This place is wild, the routes are hard, with a lot of steep angled walls, the music is absolutely fantastic, a lot of Electro Techno stuff. Edit after three months: the routes are still hard, and so much fun.
