Gaat groen en rood je gemakkelijk af? Is de boulder basics geen aanvulling meer op jou repertoire en wil je nu specifiek een doel trainen? Dit kan bij GRIP! De prijs van een workshop is \u20ac20,- exclusief entree als je geen lidmaatschap bij ons hebt. Hieronder staan onze workshops beschreven en onderaan deze pagina vind je de huidige planning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to climb: Fearless!<br><\/strong>Defeat sketchyness, leer te vertrouwen op je voeten, durf onzekere passen te maken. In deze workshop gaan we werken aan stressvrij boulderen op je limiet<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to climb: Dynamic!<br><\/strong>Dynamisch bewegen in de wand. Deadpoint, dyno, triple dyno. Timing, co\u00f6rdinatie, ruimtelijke ori\u00ebntatie. Het waarom en hoe voer ik het uit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to train: Flexibility &amp; mobility!&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ontdek hoe flexibiliteit en mobiliteit jouw boulderen be\u00efnvloeden en leer dit gericht te verbeteren. In deze workshop behandelen we actief en passief stretchen en werken we aan de mobiliteit van heupen, enkels, polsen en schouders. Je sluit af met een persoonlijk oefenplan voor thuis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to train: Hangboarding!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Leer hoe je een hangboard correct en effectief gebruikt. In deze workshop ontdek je verschillende gripposities, trainingsmethoden en hoe je met hangboardtraining specifieke energiesystemen kunt ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Technique Training: Prepare for Blue and Yellow Boulders<br><\/strong>Voetplaatsing, lichaamspositionering en effici\u00ebnt bewegen! Wijd je trainingssessie aan je techniek, voornamelijk in blauwe en gele boulders. Til je boulder skills naar een hoger niveau door de focus te leggen op deze details!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Why Are You Falling? Understanding the Physics and Learning to Visualize<br><\/strong>Duik dieper in de dimensies van het boulderen en leer verschillende bewegingen te visualiseren. Door te leren welke krachten er allemaal meespelen kan je beter begrijpen waarom je valt op een bepaalde pas en dit voorkomen. Het inleesvermogen verbeteren en versterken van het zelfvertrouwen in het boulderen, zal je niveau een boost geven!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>How to train: Endurance &amp; Power on the spray wall!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Focus je training op de verschillende energiesystemen, specifiek voor het trainen op de spray wall. Leer de fysieke belasting van verschillende boulders begrijpen, je output te optimaliseren en je sessies strategisch te plannen. Verhoog je prestaties met doelgerichte training!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Weet je het al?
