If you\u2019re new to bouldering or have only had a few sessions, this course is the perfect way to get started and build a strong foundation. Over four lessons, our experienced trainers will help you build confidence, improve your technique and climb more smoothly. You\u2019ll learn how to solve boulders, placing your feet correctly, move with better balance and fall safely. By the end, you\u2019ll have the skills and confidence to tackle more boulders and enjoy the sport even more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

November is your last chance to join this year. We\u2019re running the Boulder Basics Introduction course on Wednesdays and Thursdays from 20:00 to 21:30. Pick the day that suits you best and join us for four weeks. The course costs \u20ac70 and includes four lessons, rental shoes and two bonus handouts with a warm-up routine and technique exercises. Entrance is not included.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wednesday is almost full, but there are still plenty of spots available on Thursday!<\/p>\n\n\n\n
