Every month we start the Boulder Basics course for anyone who has just started bouldering and wants to learn more. In this course you will learn basic techniques such as warming up\/cooling down, twistlocks, foot placement, and body orientation in an overhang versus slab.\u00a0 Minimum age is 12 years.<\/p>\n

Every month we start two courses: one on the first Tuesday of the month and one on the first Wednesday. Both take place from 8.30 p.m. to 10.00 p.m. You choose the day you prefer and then attend four classes four weeks in a row.<\/p>\n

Costs are \u20ac60,- including climbing shoes, excluding entry fee.<\/p>\n
